Debbie Wasserman Schultz: ms. wasserman schultz: i thank the speaker and i rise in support of this legislation and suggest that our good friends on the other side of the aisle are either suffering from some state of amnesia or maybe stuck in an alternative universe because it's pretty clear that the american peoe are suffering, that we are living through the worst economic crisis in almost any of our lifetimes.
