Petri: colleague. the speaker pro tempore: the gentleman from wisconsin is recognized for five minutes. mr. petri: for yielding this time. in the 110th congress, the house passed the f.a. re-authorization act of 2007. that legislation we authorized the f.a. for four years. in may of this year, the house voted again to pass a comprehensive re-authorization bill.
